How to Measure

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably under your arms.
2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above your hips.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape straight across your body.
4. Neck (Men's): Measure around the base of your neck, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
